Zumba® mania is now sweeping the nation, this fitness programme fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms, chart favourites and easy-to-follow moves to create a unique fitness programme which leaves participants toe tapping until the next class.

The routines are suitable for all fitness levels and dance experience isn’t necessary to achieve the long-term benefits. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt the body whilst at the same time burning calories. Quite simply, it’s the best party around – so ditch the workout and come join the party!
