Are you struggling? Lack of motivation? Diet on its own not working? Yo-yo dieting always a problem? If you have answered yes to any of the above then the weight loss package could be what you are looking for!

Sometimes the problem is one of metabolism and getting it 'fired up', sometimes the problem isn't the weight loss, but the maintenance of the loss. Either way, the scientific evidence proves that successful long term weight loss should be combined with regular exercise. In this respect my challenge is to find an exercise habit you will embrace and make part of your daily life.

The weight loss package includes a fitness and body composition assessment, together with diet and nutritional advice, weekly food diary analysis, weekly weigh-in, twenty one-on-one gym sessions, and regular re-evaluations throughout the programme - £800.
